Are you supposed to heckle the comedians?

Clearly whilst we expect a certain amount of interaction between the audience and comedians, there is a line to be drawn between what can be having a laugh with a comedian and preventing them from performing their act. We don't want one dominant, loud group or person ruining the show for the other people who've paid to see the professional comedians. The same is said for talking during the performances. We adhere to a 'two strikes and you're out' policy; this means that if a member of our staff asks you to be quiet on two occasions, the next time it happens you'll be asked by the management to leave the premises.

 Can we sit where we want?

Everyone is guaranteed a seat and they're allocated before the show if you book in advance.

 How are the clubs laid out?

The club is cabaret style with tables and booths.

 Is food available?

Yes it is. We offer Meal Deal before the show at Baby Blue for £22 on Fridays and £26 on Saturdays. Details of the menu can be found when you click on MEAL DEAL on the home page, and are now available to book online! Unfortunatly meal deals are available only to customers who pre-book, they are not available to order on the night. Meal Deal customers are asked to arrive by 7:00pm sharp, late arrivals my have to forfeit their meal.

 What is the format for the evening?

Depending on the event (meal deal comedy, one-man shows etc.), there will be four top-class comedians during the duration of the show; one of whom will act as compere for the evening. The show is in three sections lasting approximately 30 minutes and we allow you a 15-minute interval between the acts to refill your glasses and have a comfort break!

 Cancelations

All tickets booked have to be paid in full; any customer wishing to cancel tickets must give at least 48 hours notice. We do not offer refunds for cancelled tickets, however those cancelled with the 48 hour notice period will be held on account for 4 weeks to be used for another show. Tickets that are not cancelled within 48 hours of the show will NOT be held on account or refunded.

 Line-up Change

Although all of our acts are booked months in advance of the show dates cancellations can occur. As a result the comic who cannot attend will be replaced and the show will go on! If you have booked to see a specific comedian perform we always reccommend that you call or check the website for confirmation that the act you want to see is still performing, Refunds will not be given to customers because of a change of line-up.
